Our main solar cell included 125*125mm and 156*156mm mono-si solar cell. For 125*125mm mono-si solar cell, our efficiency is from 16.90% - 17.90% ( output power is from 2.511 - 2.660 watt) which is qualified for 180 - 190 w solar module. For 156*156mm mono-si solar cell, our output power is from 3.8 - 4 watt which is suitable for 230 - 290 w solar panel.
